K9's at the Highschool

Shagi waits with his handler while we clear a classroom of
students so he can take a walk around the room.
The Holbrook Police Department would like to thank
all of the departments that assisted us at the Highschool on
the 24th.
The Holbrook Police, with the assistance of the Norfolk County
Sherriff's department, the Plymouth County Sherriff's department and other
local law enforcement agencies brought the dogs to the Highschool on the 24th
of November. The dogs were there to check for drugs in the school.
For those who may be concerned, the dogs are never off leash
and are kept away from staff and students at all times. This is a joint effort
on behalf of the Holbrook Police Department and the Holbrook Public Schools.
Chief Marble and Principal Baeta worked in conjunction with these departments
in order to keep the schools safe and maintain a first-rate learning
environment for the youth in our community.
