The Holbrook Police Department seeks to provide innovative and effective outreach programs to the residents of Holbrook entering 5th or 6th grade. The Junior Academy is designed with the intent to establish a positive relationship between the Police Department and Holbrook Youth.
The goals of the academy are:
- Enhance responsible citizenship
- Provide a positive interaction with police officers
- Educate youth about the challenges and responsibilities of police work
