The Holbrook Police Department seeks to provide innovative and effective outreach programs to the residents of Holbrook. The Junior Academy is designed with the intent to establish a positive relationship between the Police Department and Holbrook Youth.
The goals of the academy are:

- Provide a positive interaction with police officers
- Educate youth about the challenges and responsibilities of police work
